Privacy Policy
How Mostly Classical Performing Arts handles the information you share with us.
Mostly Classical Performing Arts, LLC ("MCPA", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 18, 2026.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form or write to info@mostlyclassicalperformingarts.com, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address, organization, the artist you are interested in and your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. This is used to deliver and secure the site.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to reply to your inquiry, to arrange performances, masterclasses, workshops and other engagements with our artists, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your permission.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when needed to answer your request, for example with the artist you asked about, and with the service providers that run this website and our email: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and contact form) and Namecheap, Inc. (domain and email forwarding). Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to manage any engagement that follows, and for the period required for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and certain U.S. states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email us at info@mostlyclassicalperformingarts.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is intended for adults, schools and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Inquiries about programs for young students should be sent by a parent, teacher or school.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as artists' own sites, YouTube and Instagram, and some include videos embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode; when you play one, YouTube may collect information under its own policy. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
